First Race of the Year 2015
As usual, taking part in MPIB Run for the third time consecutively. Last two year taking 8km Men Open category, this year joining 12km Men Open.
Distance : 12km
Duration : 44:52 minutes
Pace : 3:45 min/km
Starting was all the way uphill. Following Jean Pierre, Rosnizam and Venugopal. Was Third placing that time. Until around 7km marker that time, Mark William came up and overtook me. Saw him chasing Venugopal in front of me. Then until the last hill when turning into the old palace there which is the last hill of the double hill route that running last week, both of them disappear away from my view. End up running alone and finish with sprint till the end.
Thanks to Kelvin Ng, Karen Loh, Jessica, Joline, and all the friends who gave me a shout while racing. Also thanks to Voon Leong for fetching me to the race site. And congrats to everyone !
